"Dropped into Billy Billsland Bikes mid afternoon unannounced to get full service, new tyres and bar tape fitted. I was immediately greeted by Dougie, who took the time to understand what I was looking for tape and tyre wise and offered me a few options, his suggestions turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The bike had a thorough checking over before I left and there was a fair few things picked up I had missed. All covered under the service. I dropped the bike off fully expecting to not see it again for at least 4-5 days, however Dougie realising I needed the bike back asap had all the work turned around by the same day. Just took the bike out for quick spin and it feels like a new bike. Chuffed! I’ve dropped by the shop a few times now and every time it’s been a very nice experience. Everyone is extremely easy going, very friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend if you’re local to the Glasgow area or just passing through, go check them out. Thanks again guys ????????"
