Delivery

All products listed on the website should be in stock and are usually dispatched within a day of order.  To check the availability or ask any question about a product follow this link and ask us.  Replies are usually very quick.  

When an order is placed you will contact you to advise the approximate date of delivery.  If a product is out of stock you will be given the option of waiting for it to come back in or taking a full refund.

We use a courier for all bike sales outwith central Scotland (where we usually deliver them ourselves) with the bike arriving within 2 working days providing a tracking number.  Saturday delivery and fixed time deliveries can be arranged by contacting the shop.

All bikes will have been carefully built before being shipped and will require only minor reassembling.  The pedals will need to be fitted, as will the handlebars and front wheel.  A significant portion of the kids bikes we sell online will be sent in larger boxes and will require minimal building-usually only the pedals to be fitted before it is ready to go.
