All bikes bought from Billy Bilsland Cycles come with at least one years free servicing.  Every tweak of brakes, gears, adding new parts and replacing worn ones is all free of labour. We even offer a courtesy bike while your bike is being repaired.  

Kid's bikes and our specialist high end road bikes come with free servicing for as long as you own it.  And our bikes are built to last.

We offer all types of bike repair and offer 3 levels of servicing. Please note that these are guide prices. Any increased or decreased labour charge will be based on the amount of time that is spent on the bike. We try to always take your repair in when suits you but during peak periods it can be wise to call ahead.

We can offer a courtesy bike to be used while yours is being serviced.

Basic service

• Brake and gear adjustment.
• Tyres inflated to correct pressure.
• All fixtures and fittings correctly torqued.
• Truing of slightly buckled wheels.
• Inspection of rims, tyres, hubs, headset and bottom bracket

A basic service starts from a labour charge £25.00. All parts are over and above the labour charge.

Full service also includes:

• The fitting of component parts such as cables, pads, tyres, tubes, cassettes and chains
• Adjustment of hubs, headset and bottom bracket
• The fitting or servicing of bottom brackets, hubs and or headsets may encur a surcharge depending on amount of other work required.

A full service starts from £40.00

The 'Full Monty' service is £100

This is where we strip your bike to the bare frame, fully clean and degrease every component and reassemble is so it is working better than when it was new. This is quite a big job and usually requires being booked in advance.
