Billy Bilsland Cycles Returns Policy


We offer a 60 days returns policy. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the first instance, send an email to sales@billybilslandcycles.co.uk, letting us know you wish to return your item.

To authorise your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For large items, we will try to arrange an uplift by our courier but this is not guaranteed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (you will be notified of the cost when the return is authorised, costs are not fixed and vary between couriers. Expect roughly £45/£50 for a bike plus any geographical surcharge)

Once your return is received and inspected and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow up to 7 days for the money to appear in your account. If, after 7 days, the refund hasn’t arrived, please contact us at sales@billybilslandcycles.co.uk.
