The Small Rear Mudhugger is all but mandatory for those sloppy rides. Keep the mud off your back, stay dry and spend more time on the bike! For seat stay angles above 32 degrees (this is mostly hardtails, but some Full suss) the Small Rear Mudhugger is probably the best choice (although for 29er bikes we’d still consider the Medium Rear Hugger and maybe trim the length down to suit).
The Medium Rear Mudhugger is nearly identical to the Small Rear Mudhugger, but 80mm longer. This longer version is ideal for most 27.5 full suspension frames and 29” hardtail bikes. If your bike has seat stay angles 28-33 degrees then the Medium Rear Mudhugger is probably the best choice, this applies to the vast majority of bike designs.
The Large Rear Mudhugger has been designed around todays slack and long 29ers and 650B bikes. The all new design for the modern full suspension bikes that have low seat stay angles of 27 degrees down to 22 degrees. This is an extra long Hugger that is designed to be trimmed down to fit your bike perfectly.

Every bike we sell is fully assembled and tested for safety by our trained mechanics. We then partly disassemble the bike and carefully re-pack to prepare for shipping.
Depending on the model, upon receipt you may be required to straighten and tighten the handlebars, reattach front wheel and attach the pedals. Please ensure that the pedals are greased and fitted correctly - the pedals will be marked L and R and have to be fitted to the left and right cranks respectively. Pedal do not come with every bike and need to be bough separately, especially on more high-end models. Please check when you are ordering.
There is a guide in the box telling you which tools you will need and the steps to follow. This will require some degree of mechanical skill to put together and can need some minor adjustments. The less confident you are in this field the more we'd recommend having it checked over by a professional mechanic.
