Whatever reason you’re riding the Carnaby Whyte have made sure you’ll love its mix of light and nimble road speed but reassuringly surefooted and confident mountain bike style handling.
With sizing ready for anyone from five feet (150cm) upwards it’s as inclusive as it is enjoyable and you’ll really appreciate the light touch, hill shrinking Shimano gears and fingertip all weather control of the hydraulic disc brakes.
Whyte's latest Fast Urban frame has mounts for any accessory you might need too, so your only problem is deciding where to go and what to do next on your new bike best friend. A custom rear dropout allows Whyte to mount the rear hydraulic disc brake caliper inside the rear triangle for easy fitment of a rack or mudguards.
Based on Whyte's high performance mountain bike geometry, all the R7 series Fast Urban bikes have a long wheelbase and relaxed head angle for high speed stability, and a shorter stem for excellent slow speed manoeuvrability. 32c tyres on 21mm wide rims give the Carnaby both speed and comfort from the toughest urban commute to an open road adventure.

Every bike we sell is fully assembled and tested for safety by our trained mechanics. We then partly disassemble the bike and carefully re-pack to prepare for shipping.
Depending on the model, upon receipt you may be required to straighten and tighten the handlebars, reattach front wheel and attach the pedals. Please ensure that the pedals are greased and fitted correctly - the pedals will be marked L and R and have to be fitted to the left and right cranks respectively. Pedal do not come with every bike and need to be bough separately, especially on more high-end models. Please check when you are ordering.
There is a guide in the box telling you which tools you will need and the steps to follow. This will require some degree of mechanical skill to put together and can need some minor adjustments. The less confident you are in this field the more we'd recommend having it checked over by a professional mechanic.
