Whyte's top-end trail hardtail is kitted out with the best kit of any of the hardtails in the Whyte hardtail line up, featuring Rockshox's top of the range Pike Ulitmate Fork. All of the features present on Whyte's award winning 905, but kitted out even better!
Through its super aggressive enduro hardtail geometry the 909 is an unbelievably capable bike, making it an incredible all-rounder as it pedals efficiently up hills and nips at the heels of its full suspension siblings on the descents. The latest model adds RockShox's new Pike Select Ultimate forks, combined with 2.8" tyres to make this 909 the best yet.
The 909 brings tuning ideas directly from our Whyte Enduro team, from the all new Enduro Grips to the use of 170mm cranks which aid acceleration and boost ground clearance in technical terrain. Linked up to 12 speed SRAM GX 10-52 gearing the bike is as adept at "XC" rides and long days in the saddle as it is at smashing descents. And when the descents get properly steep, you have the assurance of SRAM Guide G2 4 pot brakes to tame gravity.

Every bike we sell is fully assembled and tested for safety by our trained mechanics. We then partly disassemble the bike and carefully re-pack to prepare for shipping.
Depending on the model, upon receipt you may be required to straighten and tighten the handlebars, reattach front wheel and attach the pedals. Please ensure that the pedals are greased and fitted correctly - the pedals will be marked L and R and have to be fitted to the left and right cranks respectively. Pedal do not come with every bike and need to be bough separately, especially on more high-end models. Please check when you are ordering.
There is a guide in the box telling you which tools you will need and the steps to follow. This will require some degree of mechanical skill to put together and can need some minor adjustments. The less confident you are in this field the more we'd recommend having it checked over by a professional mechanic.
