The Castelli Nano Flex 3G Leg Warmers are a staple of your winter cycling kit “ water repellent, windproof, warming, and luxuriously comfortable, this latest evolution of the Nano Flex technology is Castellis best yet.
The Nano Flex 3G fabric used across these leg warmers utilises a combination of newly updated durable water repellent (DWR) treatment and mechanical heat treatment to provide unprecedented levels of rain protection. Light rain beads off the fabric, keeping you dry when those inevitable rainy spells arrive.
Inside the Nano Flex 3G fabric, a super soft finish and optimal loft have been achieved through Castellis meticulous research and development. The fabric feels incredibly comfortable against the skin, and the loft traps just the right amount of air above the skin to regulate your heat over a wide range of autumn and winter conditions.
This latest update to the Nano Flex fabric not only reflects Castellis commitment to offering the best garment quality but also means more time enjoying yourself on the bike.
The flat-lock stitching and single-seam construction keep the profile of the warmers low, and the stretch is optimised for maximum freedom of movement. A dual-sided silicone gripper at the upper end secures the warmers in place. The compact size of the warmers makes them easy to stuff into rear pockets when conditions lighten up.

Every bike we sell is fully assembled and tested for safety by our trained mechanics. We then partly disassemble the bike and carefully re-pack to prepare for shipping.
Depending on the model, upon receipt you may be required to straighten and tighten the handlebars, reattach front wheel and attach the pedals. Please ensure that the pedals are greased and fitted correctly - the pedals will be marked L and R and have to be fitted to the left and right cranks respectively. Pedal do not come with every bike and need to be bough separately, especially on more high-end models. Please check when you are ordering.
There is a guide in the box telling you which tools you will need and the steps to follow. This will require some degree of mechanical skill to put together and can need some minor adjustments. The less confident you are in this field the more we'd recommend having it checked over by a professional mechanic.
